Norman:  Maintaining Battery in the Model A

How to keep the battery fully charged and not overcharging it, which shortens the life. He found Battery Tender (he purchased from Battery’s Plus) works great.  The 3/4 amp, the smallest one,  works best for the 6 volt battery. It maintains at a constant level and will cut off when fully charged.  To connect the battery charger to a positive grounded vehicle connect to negative lead on the starter and the positive lead to any head bolt nut.
